  • No Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in, or in case of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  3. Force Majeure: If an event beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, government travel restrictions, or a pandemic) prevents your stay, we will work with you to offer either a full refund or a future booking credit. This applies even if you cancel within the non-refundable period.

  4. No Shows: If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date and do not contact us to inform us of your delay, no refund will be issued.

  5. Deposit: If a deposit was paid at the time of booking, it will be applied towards the total rental cost. The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation terms above, excluding the deposit if applicable.

  6. Modification Requests: If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change dates), please contact us at least 14 days prior to check-in. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  7. Early Departure: If you choose to leave earlier than your confirmed check-out date, no refund will be provided for the remaining unused nights.

  8. Special Offers: If your booking was made under a special promotion or discounted rate, the cancellation terms for that promotion may differ. Please check the details of any special offers before booking.
